Main Features:

The entire unit utilizes 3D design for a more rational layout. The sheet metal casing features a European-style modular design, and the surface is treated with highly colorfast polyester powder coating for enhanced weather resistance.

The base of the machine is equipped with universal casters for easy movement.

The mechanical heating chamber and the electrical control box are designed with ventilation and isolation, extending the lifespan of the electrical components.

The piping system is made of 304 sanitary-grade stainless steel, and is manufactured through multiple processes including CNC pipe bending, welding, pressure testing, polishing, and scale removal.

The specially designed heating tube uses a nickel-chromium alloy heating wire and is precisely manufactured from alloy stainless steel seamless tubing, ensuring it will never rust and has a longer lifespan!

It features a built-in water level alarm and utilizes Baikang’s patented technology, allowing it to operate normally even with low water supply pressure.
