The casing utilizes a three-dimensional design, with an overall European-style modular and detachable structure. The surface is treated with polyester powder coating, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing appearance, excellent color fastness, and strong corrosion resistance.

The unit employs internationally renowned fully enclosed scroll compressors (single compressor independent system or dual compressor parallel system combination). The main unit controls the compressor operation based on the return water temperature to achieve maximum energy savings.

The air-side heat exchanger features an enlarged design, increasing the heat transfer area and reducing the temperature difference. This allows the unit to operate reliably in high-temperature conditions up to 45°C in summer.

Low-noise axial fans combined with high-performance motors ensure optimal performance in both standard and harsh operating conditions, further improving unit efficiency.

The water-side heat exchanger utilizes a high-efficiency shell-and-tube heat exchanger with double-sided enhanced heat transfer tubes, significantly increasing heat transfer efficiency. The heat exchanger has a compact structure and removable end plates for easy cleaning and maintenance.

World-class refrigeration components – including thermal expansion valves (electronic expansion valves) – regulate the refrigerant flow by adjusting the system’s subcooling (or superheating) degree, resulting in more precise capacity control.

The human-machine interface touch screen operating system control makes the unit’s operation simpler and easier to understand. It automatically adjusts the operating time of each system according to the compressor’s operating conditions, resulting in excellent overall performance and extremely high cooling efficiency.

The modular system design consists of multiple independent compressor systems within each module. The combination of multiple modules ensures that each refrigeration system is independent and acts as a backup for others. Any abnormality in one refrigeration circuit will not affect the normal operation of other circuits. When a fault occurs in one circuit, the control system will issue a command to have other standby circuits take over the operation of the faulty circuit, maintaining relatively stable cooling performance of the unit.
