Enclosure Sheet Metal:
The enclosure utilizes 3D design, with an overall European-style modular and detachable structure. The surface is treated with polyester powder coating, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing appearance, excellent color fastness, and strong corrosion resistance.
System Components:
This machine uses internationally renowned intelligent fully enclosed scroll compressors and refrigeration unit components. It is matched with highly efficient and optimized dedicated heat exchanger components. Combined with superior system design and high-precision clean assembly processes, it ensures the full utilization of the unit’s energy efficiency.
Shell-and-Tube Condenser:
High-efficiency condenser tubes with a large heat transfer coefficient; proprietary intermediate expansion joint technology for easy maintenance; small size and high efficiency.
Shell-and-Tube Evaporator:
The heat exchanger utilizes the latest CAD/CAM design and manufacturing technology, and is manufactured using a CNC machining center. The baffle plates are specially processed to increase the turbulent flow effect of the chilled water. The evaporator inlet design ensures more even distribution of the refrigerant in each heat exchanger tube, resulting in superior heat exchange efficiency and a higher energy efficiency ratio. The shell is available in stainless steel, carbon steel, or PP plastic.
Electrical Components:
All electrical components and contactors are from world-renowned brands. The temperature control unit uses a high-precision controller from a specialized field, and features comprehensive protection functions, ensuring the long-term stable and reliable operation of the unit.
Fluid Components:
Equipped with internationally renowned brand centrifugal pumps, high-quality SUS/304 stainless steel water tanks, and stainless steel piping assembled with strictly controlled processes to ensure leak-free operation.
Customization:
Special models can be customized according to the different operating conditions of various industries. For example, the machine’s external dimensions, the type of refrigerant used (water-based, brine-based, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant), and the unit’s water flow rate/pressure can all be designed and manufactured according to actual usage requirements. A wide range of models are available with outlet water temperatures from -40℃ to 30℃, fully meeting various customer needs.
