The exterior design is simple and elegant; it uses a high-efficiency scroll compressor and a touch-screen human-machine interface operating system, making the unit easier to operate and understand. The system automatically adjusts the operating time of each component based on the compressor’s operating conditions; the entire system is optimally matched, resulting in excellent overall performance and extremely high cooling efficiency.
It uses a shell-and-tube heat exchanger with high-efficiency enhanced heat transfer copper tubes inside, improving heat exchange efficiency. Furthermore, the shell-and-tube heat exchanger has lower water quality requirements, making it suitable for a wider range of applications.
The system utilizes either a single, independent unit or parallel compressors with a single refrigerant system; or parallel compressors plus a single compressor with a dual refrigerant system. Each modular unit can operate independently and serve as a backup for others. If one unit requires maintenance, it does not affect the normal operation of other units, thus ensuring continuous cooling from the chiller unit, resulting in high reliability and eliminating the need for a backup unit.
Each module can be operated and installed independently; multiple modules can also be assembled and operated together, and the modules can be the same or different. The modular design makes transportation, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of the unit more convenient. The unit has a reasonable and compact structure, requiring a small footprint.
The unit is widely used in industries such as: aluminum anodizing, hard anodizing, electroplating, plastics, injection molding, extrusion, hydraulic equipment, foaming machinery, blow molding machines, laminating machines, leather embossing machines, composite flooring, bio-food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and electronics.
